• What does turnkey renovation include?

  We always offer our customers an all-round carefree package. This means that our services include all necessary trades. From tilers, floor layers, drywallers, painters/varnishers, plasterers, carpenters, electricians to pipe layers, all areas are covered with us.

• Do I have to take care of the procurement and transport of the goods myself?

  Our wide range of products includes a large selection of floor coverings (laminate, vinyl, parquet), skirting boards, paints, building materials (putty/filler, plaster, primer, leveling compound and much more)

  If you choose our products, you will not only benefit from our fair prices, but also from our free transport options.

• How well equipped are you with your tools?

  Our motto for machines and tools is: if you buy cheap, you pay twice. We are therefore equipped with the most modern and powerful construction machinery and tools. In addition, the more professional the equipment is, the less manual labour is required of the employee: this increases motivation dramatically.

• If I have questions during the renovation, how quickly will they be answered?

  You will be in care of your personal construction manager during the entire construction phase. Your designated manager is responsible for the proper execution of the construction work and is always at your side.

• What is the procedure for a turnkey renovation?

  First, the construction site is inspected by our site manager. He creates an actual/target analysis. All of the customer’s wishes are taken into account and analyzed in the current technical conditions.

  With the help of this information, an individual offer will be created. This can optionally be established inclusive of or exclusive of the construction materials. The customer has the opportunity to consider the offer and to discuss open questions with the site manager.

  After the approval, the planning of the construction project takes place. The goals of the renovation, the sequence of the individual renovation measures and the schedule for the construction measures are defined as part of a renovation plan. Our qualified employees then start with the works. As soon as all work has been successfully completed, an appointment for handover will be made with the customer.

• As a customer, do you have to reckon with hidden costs during or after the renovation?

  Our costs are fair, transparent and contractually binding. We explicitly stick to our offers.

  However, should the customer express a new wish during the construction phase – which is not included in the offer – this will first be discussed in detail with the customer. This work will only be done with his consent, at the aforementioned costs.
